Terms and Conditions of
All prices are per person on food, drinks per unit (Bottle, glass, etc.) incl. VAT. and service, and are payable
to the Schuber OG, Panoramagsthof & Hotel DaxLueg, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Reservations must be made in writing (fax, letter or email) with signature, company stamp and VAT number to
be effective. Changes to the banquet agreement must be in writing within the Jurisdiction of Salzburg. A
signature is REQUIRED to begin the processing of any work. With signature, our general Terms and Conditions
are being acknowledged. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the total guest numbers given by the customer is
binding and can only be changed in writing no later than 5 days before the event. This number is a guaranteed
minimum number which will be charged for in any case! If the number of guests increases (as notified by the
customer) less than three days before the event, the Schuber OG will do their best in conscious good faith to
accommodate the increased numbers that have been requested. Any resulting additional costs shall be the
responsibility of the customer.
Our extensive product assortment is seasonal and subject to change. If certain products are temporarily unavailable,
we reserve the right to make replacements with a product of equal value. Our replacement is offered as a suggestion
and we are happy to modify it in any way to suit our customer.
Pre-ordered Menus and Buffets will be charged according to the quantities ordered. Beverages are charged extra based
on consumption unless a separate agreement has been made.
Events of 50 people or more require a 50 % deposit of the total estimated bill paid ten days before the event. For larger
events, the amount of the deposit required will bedetermined specifically.If the down payment doesn’t arrive at least 2 days
before the event, we reserve the right to cancel the event without any obligation to the contract or contracting partner (the client).
Terms of Payment:
The bill is to be paid within ten days of the invoice date. Failure to comply will result in a 7% per annum surcharge. The client is
not entitled to withhold payment because of incomplete performance or complaints. The customer may only make charges with
undisputed or legally enforceable claims. Any amounts already paid will be used towards the oldest invoices. We only accept new
orders and contracts when all outstanding debts are paid in full.

If you ask to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, please do so in writing at least 30 days prior to the
day of the event. There are no cancellation fees in this case. In the case of cancellation 21 days before the event we
charge a 50% cancellation fee of the DaxLueg services booked and 100% of any other booked services. Cancellation
up to 7 days before the event will be charged 80% cancellation fee. For cancellations less than 6 days prior to the event,
including the day of the event, there will be 100% charge of all booked services.
CANCELLATIONS ONLY IN WRITING CAN BE ACCEPTED!
If you bring your own articles, particularly decorations, they need to comply with fire regulations and codes, and their
assembly must be arranged with our event director or senior employee. The client is responsible for any damages
caused during assembly or disassembly.
As the organizer, you are solely responsible for any regulatory approvals. In cases of music performances, the
client needs to take responsibility for the registration and payment to the AKM.
Complaints must be made verbally, immediately, to the event coordinator. The client is obligated to notify the event
coordinator immediately of any deficiencies or complaints so they can be resolved in a timely manner, during or by
the end of the event. No deductions or compensation can be claimed at a later time.
In cases of strike, fire, or serious performance inhibiting factors outside the Schuber OG (in particular natural
disasters or acts of God), we have the right to cancel the contract without any claim of compensation.
